Welcome to Chapel Studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any classes. By attending our classes or booking a session, you agree to comply with these terms.
· Booking: Classes must be booked in advance via www.chapelstudiopilates.co.uk.
· Cancellation:
· Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance are fully refundable or transferable.
· Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.
· We do not offer refunds or extensions to any classes or sessions unless required by law, or in special circumstances regarding a medical condition arising, with medical certification from a qualified and practicing medical health practitioner. Please provide copies of such certification to sally@chapelstudiopilates.co.uk.
· If our classes are delayed by an event outside of our control, such as, but not limited to the instructor failing to arrive on time, issues with the equipment, or the previous class being delayed significantly, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will do what we canto reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won’t compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is substantial which results in a cancellation of the class, you shall receive a refund for any classes that have been cancelled due to such substantial delay and of which you have paid for in advance.
· Late Arrival: First-time attendees must arrive on time, they will not be allowed to enter if not there by time class begins. Returning clients who arrive late may enter quietly at the instructor’s discretion to avoid disrupting the class.
· Termination: We can end our membership with you for our services and claim any compensation due to us if:
o You don't make any payment to us when it's due and you still don't make payment within 14 days of our reminding you that payment isdue
· Arrive 10 minutes before class to set up your reformer bed.
· Wear appropriate athletic clothing.
· Grip socks are mandatory.
· Food and drinks are not permitted inside the studio (water excepted).
· Personal belongings should be kept in the designated areas. Chapel Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
· You must consult a doctor before starting Pilates if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.
· Inform the instructor of any injuries or health concerns before class.
· Chapel Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during class unless caused by gross negligence of the studio orstaff.
· Follow all instructor guidance and posted studio rules for safe use of equipment.
· You may only participate in our classes subject to you signing our waiver.
· Members can continue attending classes at ChapelStudio if they are already regular clients and have been practicing Pilates a tour studio before their pregnancy for a reasonable amount of time. We still ask that they obtain clearance from their medical advisor, and inform the instructor so they can receive the proper modifications for certain exercises.Brand new clients are not permitted to start group classes during pregnancy.
· Payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
· Memberships or class packages are non-refundable and expire as per the stated validity period.
· We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice.
· Access is limited to registered clients only.
· No under 18s allowed in studio (minus newborn).
· Pets are not allowed, except service animals.
· Equipment (reformer beds, props, etc.) must be used only as instructed.
· Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the client.
• Byattending classes, you consent to photos/videos being taken for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing.
• Refunds for classes or packages are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy.
• Complaints can be submitted via sally@chapelstudiopilates.co.uk, and we will respond within 5 business days.
• Chapel Studio accepts no liability for loss or damage to property of members or for injury to members on the Studio premises or outside the Studio except insofar as such loss, damage or injury is by law in capable of exclusion.
• In consideration of their participation in the activities and programmes of Chapel Studio and the use of facilities and equipment owned and/or under the control of Chapel Studio the members hereby waives and releases the Company from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from their participation in any of ChapelStudio’s activities or use of the Company’s equipment or facilities save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligent act or omission of the Company.
• Participation in classes is at your own risk.
• Personal data collected during booking will be used only for studio administration and communication.
• We do not share your data with third parties without consent
• These terms together with our disclaimer and any policies we have in force from time to time constitute the entire agreement between us and you and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement, or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between us and you.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.’
• Chapel Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via www.chapelstudiopilates.co.uk.
