Aoife is a professional dancer who trained classical Pilates and loves to combine classical and contemporary Pilates, focusing on stretching, mobility and strength. So you leave the studio feeling taller than when you came in.

Lily is a Reformer and Mat qualified Pilates instructor with a strong foundation in movement and rehabilitation, built through completing a Physiotherapy degree. With a focus on precision, alignment and mindful movement, Lily helps clients build strength, improve mobility and restore balance in their bodies. Drawing on both clinical knowledge and Pilates expertise, Lily creates safe, effective and tailored sessions that support recovery, enhance performance and promote long-term wellbeing.
